Having trouble concentrating at work? S.PH.E.R.E.© (S.F.E.R.A.) lenses help identify the problem: "Synchronicity." Once the coordinates are identified, it's possible to intervene accurately and consciously through specific optimization techniques and monitor results, working towards continuous improvement.

About us
What is the advantage of working with a certified company right now?
Today, the advantages are numerous. Certified companies are recognized for their adherence to standards of quality, equality, well-being, or sustainability, demonstrating a genuine commitment to people. In these contexts, there is greater openness to change and active listening to differences, and it is possible to structure more targeted, structured, long-lasting, and measurable consulting, training, and support projects. The initial benefits are increased work quality, motivation, and individual and organizational performance.
About us
We are a team of professionals specializing in Human Performance Psychology, studying the mental mechanisms underlying excellent performance in sports, organizational, and managerial settings. Through S.PH.E.R.E.© (S.F.E.R.A.), a performance analysis and intervention model, we work to enable individuals and organizations to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency in their challenges.
We also studied and developed the Anti-fragility construct to train the right mindset to face uncertainty and transform limitations into opportunities, leading to the construction and validation of the world's first questionnaire (AFQ – Anti-fragile Questionnaire) capable of measuring people's level of anti-fragility.
The third level of performance improvement is inspired by the "Less is more" philosophy, which is the ability to identify the essential, eliminate the superfluous and redundant, and simplify to identify our true driving force.

S.PH.E.R.E.© (S.F.E.R.A.) Model ©
The S.PH.E.R.E.© (S.F.E.R.A.)© model
Improvement, growth, evolution. Where to start? From an organizing principle, a model that enables us to identify the mental mechanisms underlying peak performance, making it trainable, repeatable, and manageable. Conceived and presented by Professor Vercelli to the scientific community at the 12th World Congress of Sport Psychology in Marrakech in 2009, S.PH.E.R.E.© (S.F.E.R.A.) represents the foundation and lens for self-improvement. A model now applied in top-level sports and corporate environments, it aims to foster the expression of our talents. Synchronicity, Personal Hardiness, Energy, Rhythm e Enthusiasm.: five factors, five ingredients underlying any type of performance. The question, once again, is: where to start?

Antifragile
Antifragility Training with Gavakersi
The term Antifragility refers to the psychological construct referring to organisms, both human and otherwise, that benefit from negative events. The antifragile person therefore seeks change, risk, and uncertainty, because they know themselves and consequently learn how to make the most of such situations. The trait of Antifragility (naturalistic and present in all human beings), if properly trained and stimulated, allows us to respond proactively to environmental challenges, especially in the current historical period that has severely tested the entire system. Indeed, it becomes a priority to reclaim our "natural" propensity to embrace the changes we are subjected to, in every area of life.

Gavakersi ®
The Gavakersi® model
Removing the noise of the world. What does it mean? How can we achieve it? By nature, the human mind tends to replicate what it has internalized over the course of its experience. We are largely what we have experienced and what we have been taught. Between blinding lights and unwanted shadows. Between more or less conscious choices and beliefs that, upon listening, we feel hinder (rather than promote) our self-realization. The Gavakersi aspires to transcend this perspective. He ardently desires to free himself from it, to take charge of his own being and eliminate the noise of the world. And so, he embarks on a journey, a path in which, day after day, he encounters, understands, and increasingly gives himself permission to destroy all those parts of himself that have too often controlled and trapped him, preventing him from expanding his mind and observing new horizons and opportunities.
